Hypnotherapy is an incredibly effective, fast working therapy that is a substantial part of Rapid Transformational Therapy. However, even when implemented as a standalone therapy by itself, it has proven to be an extraordinarily successful,  fast working therapy that has astounding results.

What is

Hypnotherapy?

Through Hypnosis, Hypnotherapy allows the nervous system to almost fall asleep, along with your cluttered conscious mind (the 10% of your mind that you use consciously everyday) to be quieted and relax. This allows for your subconscious mind (the powerful 90% of your mind that unconsciously shapes you the most) to become more dominant and alert. Hypnosis induces the most relaxed state of body and mind, allowing for the most effective communication between the conscious and unconscious minds. This process allows for your concentration and hyperfocus to become intensified, allowing your subconscious mind to absorb every word it hears and every suggestion that it’s told.

Hypnotherapy booster sessions

I offer Hypnotherapy booster sessions to clients who are looking for a boost in a particular aspect of their lives, which does not require deep rooted therapy.

With the use of Hypnotherapy alone, once under a light and relaxing hypnosis, I dialogue with your subconscious mind using specific tools to give you the instant boost that you require. During the therapy session I will record a personalised recording for you to listen to whenever you feel necessary.

Please note: a one hour consultation is compulsory prior to the Rapid Transformational Therapy or Hypnotherapy Booster session in order to determine which form of therapy will be most beneficial for you. 

Hypnosis is a deeply relaxing, calming and comforting state to be in. You remain in complete control of your words and actions throughout the entire session. The hypnotic state simply allows for you to relax your mind and body deeply in order for you to take in powerful suggestions and get the maximum results from your therapy session.

Talking Therapy

I use talking therapy sessions to keep track of your progress whilst you're going through the phases of overcoming the issues you wish to leave behind. 

In these sessions- we discuss your progress, your mental and emotional wellbeing and gain a deeper insight into your situation at the time, in order to decide the next steps that we have to take on your journey to achieving emotional freedom.
