What is RTT?
Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) is an integrative therapeutic approach that brings together elements of psychotherapy, clinical hypnotherapy,
neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) and cognitive behavioural techniques (CBT), informed by an understanding of neuroplasticity and the minds capacity for change.
At the heart of RTT is the use of hypnosis, a state of focused attention and deep relaxation that allows individuals to explore both consciously accessible memories and memories that may be less readily available to their everyday awareness, rooted deep in their subconscious. This process aims to provide a deeper understanding of the underlying causes of emotional and behavioural difficulties, creating opportunities to address unresolved experiences, reframe their meaning and support emotional/mental healing.
RTT is designed to be a focused, goal-oriented form of therapy, with the aim of facilitating meaningful progress within a relatively short timeframe. Rather than encouraging long-term reliance on recurring therapy sessions, its goal is to equip individuals with the understanding, confidence and tools to process past experiences, move forward and maintain positive changes independently.
While the pace of progress and number of sessions vary according to individual needs, RTT offers a structured, personalised approach that seeks to promote lasting emotional wellbeing, resilience and personal growth.

The science behind RTT

Our subconscious mind plays a powerful role in shaping our thoughts, emotions and behaviours. Throughout our lives, experiences and memories contribute to deeply ingrained associations and automatic responses, many of which operate beyond our everyday conscious awareness.
Hypnosis plays a central role in RTT, providing a state of focused attention and deep relaxation in which individuals access their subconscious mind and can explore thoughts, emotions, memories and associations that may not ordinarily be at the forefront of conscious awareness- helping individuals gain insight into the experiences and beliefs that may be contributing to their
present-day challenges.
By developing a greater understanding of these underlying influences and potential root causes through hypnosis, RTT seeks to go beyond simply managing symptoms. Once these patterns have been identified, techniques drawn from psychotherapy, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) are incorporated to help individuals process their experiences, challenge limiting beliefs and develop healthier emotional and behavioural responses.
An important concept underpinning this approach is neuroplasticity- the brain's remarkable ability to adapt, reorganise and form new neural connections throughout our lives. Through therapeutic suggestion, repetition, conscious reflection and the reinforcement of new perspectives and behaviours, RTT aims to help and push this capacity for change, helping individuals move away from deeply established patterns and strengthen more constructive ways of thinking and responding.
The ultimate goal is not simply to develop an understanding of the past, but to use that understanding as a foundation for meaningful, long term change.
Rapid Transformational Therapy process outline
1
Consultation
Together we will go through all of the factors of your presenting issue (the condition that you'd like to eliminate).
I will get to know you and gain insight on your current life, situation and mindset- what lies on the surface of the issue that you're facing.
We will then discuss the outcome that you'd like to achieve from your session and establish the right steps that need to be taken.
2
Hypnosis
During your RTT session, you will be placed under a light hypnosis. An experience which is both calming and powerful.
Once you enter the relaxing hypnotic state, your subconscious mind becomes dominant.
Working with your subconscious mind- I will regress you back to the scenes in your life that gave raise to your presenting issue.
We will find the root cause of your issue and understand why it has remained with you.
3
Rewiring
Once we have established the root cause of your issue, I will use a number of tools to rewire your old negative memories along with the outdated, unessecery feelings and beliefs that were formed from them.
I will carefully select the tools and rewiring methods that will benefit your specific session in particular. Every tool used will be tailored to your needs, ensuring that the old, negative thought patterns and unwanted memories no longer influence you.
This part of the process will allow your mind to install positive feelings and beliefs without resistance. You will replace your outdated mindset based on your past with a fresh, positive, motivated one- ultimately enabling you to achieve freedom from your issues.
4
Permanent
change
After gaining a clear understanding about why, when and how your issue presented itself in your life and then rewiring your mind to install a positive, uplifting mindset- I will go on to record a personalised transformation recording for you.
This recording will ensure that the changes you've gone through during the Rapid Transformational Therapy remain permanent.
You will need to listen to your personalised recording for 21 days after the RTT session. During this period we will remain in contact to keep track of your progress.
